Room Block:

The original room block begins at $189 (+resort fee = TOTAL $229 per night, tax not included). Please be sure to use the link to be included in the NEA-LGBTQ+ Caucus room block. Deadline to book your hotel room at this rate is March 1, 2025. Afterwards: subject to availability and higher rates.

Cancellation Policy:

• Before February 1, 2025 - 100%
• Between February 2 -March 1, 2025 - 50%
• After March 2, 2025 - NO REFUND
• Hotel Room Block Deadline - March 1, 2025
